Nutritional Supplements	monthly supply with physician approval
Prescription Assistance	up to $150 per month on approved oral medications
Transportation Assistance	to and from radiation and chemotherapy treatments (annual limit of $250 per patient)
Medical Supplies	adult diapers, bed pans, sterile and non-sterile dressings, gauze, tape, etc.
Equipment Loan	bath benchers, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
Prosthesis	as prescribed by physician
Respite Care	up to eight hours per month in two visits
Holiday Program	gifts of food, clothing, personal care and household items
Children’s Cancer Care	recreational outings for children and teenages with cancer
